Last week was marked by many events for the BGFi Paris team. A corporate event, the awards ceremony at the Choose My Company event and an afterwork dedicated to our TMA team.

Our Data Drink #1

We organized our first Data Drink this Tuesday, June 18 at Mom Restaurant in Paris. The concept is to bring our team members together every three months in order to share a moment of conviviality and exchange.

This Data Drink #1 was a little special since Nicolas Zecevic (Operations Leader of BGFi Paris) and his team took the opportunity to review the changes that have occurred since the beginning of 2019. Our collaborators were able to discover our rebranding, our approach of Data & Analytics, the elements set up to promote their evolution and the creation of the LAB Analytics in Paris.

This presentation was followed by a cocktail buffet that was an opportunity for our newcomers to be settled in and for the elders to meet each other. We would like to thank them all for their involvement since the beginning of the year, not to mention that they are at the heart of our strategy.

The Choose my Company ceremony

We had the chance to participate in the evening organized by Choose my Company on Wednesday June 19 for the HappyIndex®AtWork awards ceremony.

Remember, we conducted an internal survey in Paris to measure our employees’ level of satisfaction with BGFi. We obtained an overall score of 4.16/5 and a recommendation rate of 80%.

BGFi was represented by Marine Quinquenel, our recruiter from Paris, who enjoyed this evening with her colleagues from World of Digits and Adneom Paris. The evening was “amazing” according to her!

TMA Afterwork

Finally, on Wednesday, June 19, there was also a well-deserved afterwork for our TMA team-members. We have chosen to introduce them to a wide range of experiences in Virtual Reality.

One of our consultants is trying to drive in Virtual Reality

Within the VirtualTime site in Paris, they experienced 3 different activities:

  • Flying as an eagle with the Eagle Flight experience
  • Drive on the most famous tracks with Project Cars 2 experience
  • Facing hordes of zombies in the Furious Zombies experience

This was a very first time for most of the participants, it let them good memories. Many thanks to them for their participation and for their work on our Third Party Application Maintenance (TMA) projects on behalf of our customers.
